7. Paul Pierce (Proved himself as one of the elite in the Finals last year)

8. Brandon Roy (Very clutch, great all around player)

9. Deron Williams (Back from injury and getting tons of assists and good shooter)

10. Kevin Durant (Raised his shooting average so much, emerged as a premier scorer in the NBA this year)

11. Dirk Nowitzki (One of, if not the best inside/outside player in the association

12. Amare Stoudoemire (Absolute beast inside and has improved his midrange game

13. Carmelo Anthony (Great offensive player, can take over a game)

14. Kevin Garnett (No longer has the offensive skills to be top 10, but a fantastic leader and defender)

15. Chris Bosh (outstanding pick and pop midrange shooter, great on the boards, should get a max contract somewhere in 2010)
